- No International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer worldwide shipping. Orders are only delivered within the United States.
- Exclusions: We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.
Shipping Fees
- Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for all orders within the contiguous U.S.
- Additional Charges: Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may incur extra shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout and displayed before purchase.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
- Shipping Carriers: We partner with reliable carriers such as FedEx and UPS to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase.
- Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery Information
- Standard Delivery: A signature is not required for most deliveries, except for high-value products.
- Larger Products: Bulk orders or oversized items may require a scheduled delivery window.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery fails, the carrier will attempt up to three times. If undelivered, you may arrange re-delivery or pick up your package from the carrier’s facility.
Shipping Issues
- Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived, and the tracking has not been updated for 5 business days, contact us at support@vendzzle.com. If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged:
- Refuse delivery if possible or document the visible damage.
- Contact us within 48 hours to report the damage, and we will arrange a return or replacement.
- Incorrect or Missing Items: Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will promptly send the correct items.
Modifications & Cancellations
- Modifying an Order: Contact us immediately at support@vendzzle.com if you need to modify an unshipped order. Once shipped, modifications cannot be made.
- Order Cancellation: Unshipped orders can be canceled for a full refund. If your order has already shipped, refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further assistance.
